On September 29-30, 2022 Edgars Eihmanis participated in an expert meeting of the “Recovery Watch” at the Foundation For European Progressive Studies (FEPS) in Brussels. Edgars will be co-authoring a study on the governance of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF)
