He is a specialist at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Wrocław, and a manager at the Jean Monnet Centre, where he coordinates its outreach activities. He holds a PhD in Political Science, and his research focuses on the anti-communist opposition in Poland before 1989. He has contributed to research projects including the Jean Monnet Chair and the Horizon Europe project “Digital Transformation for Building Democratic Resilience.”
His work has been published by the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) and in the journal Memory and Justice (Pamięć i Sprawiedliwość).
